Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Applicable Laws

This Site is controlled by Open Policing from its offices within the United States of America. Open Policing makes no representation that the Content in the Site or the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content or use is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from locations outside of the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the Content in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. Any action related to the Site, the Content or the Terms shall be governed by California law and controlling U.S. federal law, without regard to conflicts of laws thereof. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia for any legal proceedings related to the Site or the Terms. In no event shall Open Policing Inc, nor its directors, owners, or employees be held responsible for any usage of this site. Open Policing Inc is not responsible for the integrity, validity, or content of any data that is published on this site by other users.

Warranty Disclaimer

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” with no guarantees whatsoever.

Right to Delete Content

Open Policing reserves the right to delete any content, including user-generated content, for any reason. This includes content deemed irrelevant, inappropriate, offensive, or threatening. This also includes, but not limited to, feedback and multimedia content, such as photos, videos, and audio.

Changes To This Agreement
